After a very wet Monday, we were delighted to see the sun come out on Tuesday 21 June 2016 to welcome our Prep School Sports Day. With a fantastic turn out from parents, the support throughout the morning was fabulous.
KS1 children came up to the top field first and took part in races including 50m sprint, skipping and bat and ball balance. KS2 came up shortly after and started the morning with the high jump and 50m sprint. Other events included long jump, 150m, 600m and relays.
The children all ran and jumped exceptionally well, competing to the best of their ability. After completing the grande relays the results were revealed and the winners for KS1 was Eliot and KS2 was Bronte. Well done to all the children, thanks go to the parents for such an fantastic turn out to support and a big thank you to Mrs Orford and Mr McKay for
organising the day and also the PE Staff and Year 11 girls who helped run the events.
