The Junior School has extensive facilities comprising five teaching blocks including a Library, an ICT room with wireless internet access, two Music rooms, a Learning Support room, and interactive whiteboards in all teaching areas. The spacious Woodlands and Millennium Halls are used for assemblies, school lunches, Drama and PE, while science laboratories are shared with the Senior School.
The Junior School campus provides five safe play areas: an all weather outdoor Reception Class garden, the Millennium Garden for quiet activities, an Adventure Climbing Area for more energetic play, and separate playgrounds for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils.
The school’s beautiful 18 acre park and woodlands provide further opportunities for sport (floodlit tennis/netball courts), outdoor games (grass athletics track, hockey/football/rounders pitches and cricket net) and nature walks. Extensive use is also made of local sports centre facilities for regular swimming and indoor PE activities. The school also boasts two brand new school minibuses which are used for transport to matches, the swimming pool and outings.
